Our mission is to provide a sound financial foundation for our member-owners by providing the best products and caring professionalism to meet their needs now and in the future.

Our Field of Membership

The field of membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

* Regular full-time and Regular part-time employees of the Town of Normal

* Spouses and/or dependants of members who meet the guidelines

* Children who are eligible for membership must join prior to their 21st birthday

* Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership

* All members must be in good standing in order to maintain their membership
